WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You can test all our card readers without any risk. If you’re not satisfied, you can return the device within 30 days of receiving it. We will then refund your purchase to the same account you used, within three weeks.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SETUP?
Setup of the account and machines does not take more than 10 minutes and you would instantly be able to start taking card payments.
WHAT ARE THE PRICING FEES?
Our pricing structure is super simple. You only pay for your card reader once and from there on only the transaction fees per transaction. No monthly costs, no fixed fees.
DO THE CARD MACHINES NEED WIFI?
Some of the machines work using wifi yet we also offer a 3G version for users who are on the go or do not want to rely on Wifi
DO I NEED TO COMMIT TO A CONTRACT?
No contract is required, just an upfront payment for your device and pay as you transact.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER?
Our standard delivery time frame for orders is 2-3 business days. Only after we have received your payment can we process and then ship your order.
Once we ship your order, you will receive a notification by email so you can follow your order as it's being delivered to you.
